Going beyond creating awareness and license facilitation, in the current three year plan (TYP 2013-2015) under the Livelihoods and Health Sector, CEMCA has undertaken a special Community Media/Healthy Communities initiative that covers a range of activities to encourage good practices. Building capacities of community women broadcasters in a cascading training approach is one such activity.
