USER ACCOUNTS :
It allows the librarian to create accounts for authorized users for medlib product.
1. Adding New Users to the system
Administrator can add users to the system. These users are then able to do data updation.Only Administrator can delete users.
2. Changing Passwords
One can change the password of his/her account providing the old password.
If one forgets his/her password, the Administrator can provide it.
