Programmes are developed by making use of shots . If a reference has to be maintained for all the programmes using the shot , then there are two features on the shots input form which help the user in doing so.
IN-HOUSE PROGRAMMES :
This feature allows the librarian to select the programmes developed by the organisation which have used the particular shot.
ADD PROGRAMMES :
On clicking this button , the list of all the programmes developed by the organisation comes up. The programme using the particular shot can be specified by selecting the check box corresponding to the programme entry in the list. On clicking back , the selected programme details are listed out on the shots form.
Thus a track of programmes using the shot can be kept.
REMOVE PROGRAMMES :
To remove the reference of the programme , just click on the selected programme and click remove programmes button.
OUTSIDE PROGRAMMES :
In case the shot in question has also been used by some external organisation then the details of the organisation and the program using the shot can be kept by entering the data for the fields in outside programmes frame.
ADD :
Add reference of the programme developed by some external organisation.
MODIFY :
